QUEERING THE MUSEUM AUDIO GUIDES
In the winter of 2018, I helped University of Winnipeg students produce Queering the Museum Audio Guides, responding to content highlighted on a “Pride Tour” offered by the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. The Guides are intended to critically engage listeners/museumgoers and raise the bar of expectation around how museums and other sites that contribute to public discourse on historical and contemporary issues represent queer issues and lives.

Platitudes is a collaboration with inter-disciplinary artist James Goddard. Platitudes uses voice / bent data / musical instruments / samples and field recordings to create audio performances that explore the layering of symbolic ontologies in our contemporary life, digital and otherwise. PLATITUDES wonders how many ways there are to say the things that are said.
